Losing reverse l48

Hey guys I have a 2006 L48 and slowly I am losing speed in reverse I tried adjusting the linkage to pull more then pull less no matter what I seem to do it does not change in Mid range now it moves like it's in Low?

Oooh, I do not like this story.
I have the exact same machine, and same year (only 260 hours).
Please share your findings here when you resolve this issue!
