After further review could this cause the problem. The loader was working fine until about and hour or so of using the box blade and the bucket. The hydraulic was hot which is normal, but then I noticed the loader was running slow up and down. That would come and go at times. The next morning it seem to be running normal again. I did check the hydraulic cold it looked to be over filled, could this cause the problem? I have cleaned the hydraulic hose connections. I have not switch the curling hoses with the up and down or have tried the adjust the feedback rod.

I would correct the hydrauluc fluid level first and go from there. I don't think that's the cause but it should be corrected.

If your three point control is against the limit raising it sometimes it can affect the speed of bucket movement on some tractors. Lower your three point and see how the loader reacts.
