I have a L1801 Kubota tractor the the lift will not go down. I have a grader box attached. It is at the top of it's travel. It's seems to bog a little when you try and lift it up futher. Any suggestions on what to check?
TIA

The bore of the lift cylinder on my B7200 got a bit rusty. (not enough splash from the differential I guess)

The piston jambed when asked to go full up. It took my 20 ton hydraulic press to push the piston back out. A few passes with a three stone hone brought the cylinder back to serviceable condition. A good slather of grease went on both cylinder walls and piston skirt on assembly. The entire job took less than two hours once I made up my mind to pull the rock shaft unit.

A test is: can you move the lift arms up more? (Yes I know the box blade is heavy, take it off!)

Not familiar with your model tractor but most Kubotas have a speed control knob that regulates the speed the 3 point will lower. On most, it is located below the seat, between your feet. It will close all the way basically locking the 3 point from lowering.
