L3830D Front left hub is leaking. Have replaced àll seals, ball bearing and even gears. Nothing was leaking but within 3 months starts leaking from hub. But only leaks when parked. What is causing this and solution?

I'll assume you're referring to the axle seal. Pics would help. It's a pretty simple system. Dirt, scratches, or pitting on the axle will damage the seal, improper installation, bearing play, or a plugged vent (top center of the housing) causing pressure build up. That's about it.

If the outboards are like my M9000's, there is a pressed in bushing in the upper and lower casting that aligns the through shaft and it's designed to wear instead of the trunnion shaft. If the bushing become excessively worn, the outboard will leak.

Easiest way to tell if they are sloppy, is, remove the wheel and grasp the outboard and try to move it vertically up and down. If there is any movement, the bushings are worn and will need replaced. They are not expensive but you will need a the appropriate driver (I used a 3/4" drive socket and a hammer to remove and install mine). Easy job bit the outboard has to come apart.
