Loader is a LA525 and I developed a significant leak on one of the hoses to the main boom cylinder. Looking up the part number on Messicks it appears that there are two potential matches and one is approximately $48 and the other $103 which makes little sense to me. It seems that they both reference some cryptic part number of (E 350 G 06 3) but two different part numbers of 7J999-89060 or 7J999-99062. I can't seem to find anything different other than price. Any of you guys have any insight? I will call a few of the local dealers tomorrow but one is 30 minutes away and there are three others just over an hour away.

Just remove the hose and take to your local NAPA Auto Parts store or a good hydraulic store close by. These hoses are nothing special . Most likely your Kubota dealer would make it as well.

It appears to be leaking where attached to the arm. First thing I'd do is check that fittings are tight.

Its a 3/8" R16 hose with JIC-08 female swivel ends. About $20 in parts plus labor to make. As already mentioned make sure the swivels have not loosened before replacing it.
