Hello! 2 days ago I discovered something is wrong with loader on my Kubota b2530 tractor. It rises normaly but when I'm lowering it down I can hear hissing sound, very similar to this you can hear when the loader is in the lowest/highest position and the oil is flowting through the valve.

here is video showing an example of hissing sound during the lowering loader.

I don't remember if this is normal sound, but one of my coworkers told me that he thinks there was no hissing while lowering the loader before.

Is this normal or something is wrong with the hydraulic system? What can be the cause of it?

Its not unusual for it to hiss when lowering. Does float work properly?
Sometimes when float detents start to malfunction it will do this.

One tractor i ran would hiss like that if i snapped it into float to lower bucket.

My buddys deere hisses both directions.

Check your hydraulic quick connects to make sure they are seated properly.
Check three point lever, if its all the way up it may affect it also.

I may be wrong but it fells lowering takes a bit longer, but this may be only my fellings. Yesterday I was warking about 3-4 hours, I moved about 35 tones of dirt and I didn't fell disconfort while working. It has only 234 moto-hours. Are this tractors good for heavy and tought works? loading full bucket of dirt, moving it for an hours?

Most important thing is that it hisses only during lowering, all other movements are noiseless.

Three point lever isn't in the highest possition(once I had this problem and I resolved it by myself)

I disconnected all quick connects and I saw some air bubbles comming out from one of them for about 2 seconds.

I measured how fast the bucket is rising/lowering
-lifting at 2000rpm about 4,5-5 sec
-lowering at 2000 rpm about 5,5 sec

Shouldn't it be faster when it's going down? right nowe I'm sure something is wrong with the loader. Any suggestions?

I agree with this 100%. I had an L2900 that hydraulics would act up if the 3pt lever was in the highest position. The loader would hiss and delay movement. I would just move the lever down from 8 to 7 and everything would work fine. All that being said, not sure what to say.. LOL and sorry I was no help.
