Hello all,
I'm interested in adding some work lights to my ROPS on my L5240/HST. I've acquired the lights and have constructed mounts to attach them to the ROPS (without modifying the structural integrity of the ROPS). I'm researching the best method to tie them into the electrical system. I've found the wiring diagram for my model (attached), and it shows three (3) separate "electrical outlets" at the bottom center of the diagram. I can't seem to find where they present themselves on the machine. I've found three plugs that are located by the seat switch plugs close to the rear right of the seat that would be my first guess as to where they are. Upon reading the WSM, it shows these plugs in the diagram, but with no reference as to there physical location. For the GST model the connectors on the right rear of the seat appear to be the emeregency connector to put the machine into gear in an emergency situation. Has anyone used these outputs for any 12volt applications? It seems as thought all three share a 10amp fuse on wire 0.5Y If anyone has experience in using these outlets, or where did you tie into the electrical system for worklights. Also, did you find a slick way to mount a switch for easy access? Any direction would be appreciated.
Cheers!
