Hello all, 4th post been lurking for sometime now.

I have a 2012 L45 with BT1000 backhoe. Got it used a couple years ago, just 2400 hrs. Have it on land in NV foothills above Sparks. Been solid but I want to add hydro to the loader, mostly for a grapple. The BH has the 3rd for a thumb, need to plumb that still. Just for fun here is the "pad'' I have cleared with this so far. I did hire a guy to help with the BIG cutout as all is granite up there. 20190606_225435_resized.jpg Pile 5-31.JPG

Understanding the L45 is basically the same as the L39 and L47 if that helps. Here is a pic of the hydraulic center if that helps at all.

I have found kits for adding the 3rd function, but they can't seem to tell me where to tap for the lines.

If anyone can point out a thread or link or have the info it would be great.

Thx in advance!!

The Kubota 3rd function kit comes with a instruction manual and fits these TLB better. Bought kits for both M59 and B26 and was going to do myself. Was at the dealer buying filters and hst oil and they had their winter specials after Thanksgiving. Helps keep their shop employees busy. They would transport and do the M59 service cheaper than I can buy just the filters and oil. Bulk price of super UDT oil much cheaper than 5 gallon pails. $100 labor to install each 3rd function kit. Added methanol ballast to rears of B26 ($36).
