L3830gst. low rpms

Was grading with my L3830 GST. engine dropped to 1300 rpms. Engine starts runs fine at idle. will not accelerate. past 1300 rpms. So far i have replaced fuel filter, inner and outer air filters. done the bleed thing. per troubleshooting .
i have checked all air vent lines
also made sure fuel return lines are clear. Help please

Start simple.

Try running with cap removed from fuel tank.

Check fuel tank for floating or other debris or algal mat pulled down against tank outlet blocking flow.

Observe tank at higher RPMs; other posters report [plastic] tank sometimes deforms if not venting.

Might be collapsed fuel line.

Might be a fuel line with a pinhole or at clamp sucking air.

Is the fuel filter reinstalled correctly and valve fully open?

Fuel air-bleed petcock at injectors / rail fully closed?

Try bleeding air again, sometimes repeatedly.

Could also be the fuel shut off failing and holding it in a partially closed state.
