I have a L3700su with less than 25 hrs. No power to ignition or hazard/headlights. Checked all fuses, battery checks OK, battery ground cable to chassis OK, all systems in neutral position. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the slow blow fusses by the positive terminal of the battery? These are most often blown by reverse polarity when boosting the tractor.
