Lift arms are suddenly not responding. There is no resistanse in the handle and something seems broken.
Does anyone have an idea to what may be wrong, or what to check first?

Look at two things and see if they are the problem:
1) the feed back rod is still attached and not damaged. It attaches to the small arm and a tab underneath the seat area.
2) the lever should be turning a shaft going into the tractor transmission case. See if it is moving the shaft or not, the pin may have sheared

Problem solved!
Tractor had to run for 8-9 minuts in order to get high enough temperatur to the hydraulic oil so it would work. When I first tested ut was 15 degrees celcius below zero and I got no response.
I have changed old oil, and now it works perfectly
Thanks for good advices.
