Had this new Kubota for a year now and decided to see if PTO is working(have no use for PTO). Followed manual but won't turn. The parking brake on, engine at idle, transmission in neutral, clutch pushed down all the way, and shift PTO lever engaged and no movement. Does the engine have to be at pto speed on the instrument panel? What am I missing?

Did you remove any covers over the PTO shaft so you can see the splined shaft? Sometimes there is a plastic sleeve on the PTO shaft and sometimes there is an actual metal cover bolted to the tractor rear end.
