I have a 4x4 GST trans Kubota L3300.

It has axle leaks that drip on each of the front wheels. I need to repair it but I did add 80/90 lube once or twice to the axle but I checked it yesterday and it's still full after what I figured was a couple months of leaking.

Does the front axle connect somewhere else in the tractor that it gets lube? I don't think so, but thought that I'd better check with some of you folks that know these tractors much better than me.

thanks in advance, MODAY

Mine doesn't. The Front axle is an independent unit. Hydraulic lines go to the steering cylinder on line, but that is it. Those hydro lines and the drive shaft is all that is connected to the main tractor. So, the fluid that is in it is the only fluid that is has.

Mine has a slight leak. Depending on the weather it might drip a few drops today and not again for a month. Sometimes I see a trace of fluid on the inside of the tire and other times not a drop. Even after 100 hours of running, it still shows full even thought it would appear to have leaked at least 1-2 quarts. If it is full, then its full. signs of leakage can appear larger than they really are, however they usually never get better so keep an eye on the fluid level.
