My son, Tim, fabbed the weight box up about 6 months ago. He made one for a friend who wanted one for his MF and used what was left over for ours. Up until now we had landscaping blocks in it for ballast. Last weekend I finished pouring piers for the front deck & had 5-6 bags of Sakrete left over, so we mixed up that and filled the weight box up. Added some 2" PVC pipe for tool holders if needed. I figured it should be about 600 lbs. of ballast and should help tremendously using the FEL and pushing snow if needed. Here are some pictures. I will get better ones & dimensions so everyone can see better over the weekend.
