There are other safety switches which, if maladjusted will cause the OPC (Operator Presence Controller) to stop the engine.I start the tractor, get up off the seat and engine dies like the pto is engaged but of course its not.
Anything else I need to check before calling the dealer ?
Ahh the speed control pedal. I will have to check that out, as well as the blown fuse. There are other safety switches which, if maladjusted will cause the OPC (Operator Presence Controller) to stop the engine.
This tractor is equipped with Operator Presence Control (OPC) system.
The engine stops automatically when the operator stands from the seat while engaging PTO, depressing speed control pedal or engaging shuttle lever.
Also make certain there is no blown fuse.

Is it not nice when what could be very complicated turns out to be simple.....Yes it must have been the speed control pedal. I moved it just slightly and problem was solved. I will double check to make sure its receiving any grease it needs and make sure everything is adjusted accordingly.
Thanks
No doubt. Thank you.Is it not nice when what could be very complicated turns out to be simple.....
You have learned more about your tractor which will serve you in good stead when future issues arise.
Thank you for the final chapter.
