My uncle passed away and left me a L-225, my question will a l-225 pull a double 14 inch bottom plow, it came with it, I was thinking a single 14 inch would be better.
Thanks
I have an L225DT and even with 4wd, my biggest weakness is traction. The tractor has plenty of power, its getting that power to the ground that becomes the challenge.
I noticed you posted in the gray market section and the L225 is a legitimate North American Kubota. The L2000 is the gray market version of our tractors. In case you were wondering.
Thanks for the help guys, Vic I own a TO-20 with a 2 bottom dearborn plow which the same as a 2N and I have no problem in South Carolina red clay. I was just not sure on the Kubota it is a lighter tractor and the mass of the weight is not the same as the TO. The rear tires are loaded on the Kubota. It is just the TO is fast in first gear and I have some tight areas where the slower speed Kubota would work better. I will hook it up with 2 plows and see how it does.
