L2050 - clutch won't return when cold

My clutch won't return properly. It is very slow to come back up on it's own. I can pull it back up with my toes and then everything is fine. I have lubed every joint that I can find. Any suggestions?

Disconnect the peddle linkage and see if it's the peddle, its spring or something in the throw out mechanism.
