now i cant say about the L-185 but my L-210 as a throttle limiter screw/bolt that limits how far the throttle can be moved. the other guys on here will have more knowledge of this for the L-185. but i would suggest looking at the movement of your throttle linkage to see if there is anything adjustable limiting movement.
