First off- Howdy to the group. I have been reading old threads as a guest and watching YouTube videos. Great job with the Forum!

Question for ya- I am going to look at a locally owned L1501DT tonight. I am new to tractors and acreage living- but loving every second of it. I am hoping if you might help me determine a fair asking price.

Here is the information I have:
L1501DT 4X4
1300 Hours
Not sure of year
5' Rototiller
Newer 5' Snow blower (unsure of brand- red and white)
Front end loader with 2 buckets
Was mentioned that the tires are showing some weather checking but still "serviceable"

I have not seen the unit, will be going tonight. Thoughts on Price???

The other question I have is in terms of serviceability of Grey Market Kubotas. Again, I have no experience so I can only go off of what I read online. Do Kubota dealers service these grey market machines, or do I need to look for someone else. Any recommendations in Saskatchewan? (Im close to Yorkton, and not toooo far from Swan River Manitoba/Russell MB/Roblin MB)

Thanks so much!!

Sorry- Also, one more question...
The owner also mentioned something with the front end loader:

"The only other think you need to know about is the hydraulics. It is a single direction system, so to lower the loader or implements you simply release the hydraulic pressure. It works perfectly, but has one disadvantage if you're doing any amount of loader work, there is no downward pressure so it is very hard to "dig in". "

Is this a standard issue with this model, have you found it to be an issue or??

Thanks again.

The parts aren't bad to locate. Your tractor is the equivalent to an l185, so you would use that model number when looking for parts. I think the only issue i would run into with mine is the transmission parts since it has the creeper gears. Not sure about the loader, have only used the newer models, but you could always get a tooth bar for it to help it to dig in. Might take a little to get used to but shouldn't be too bad.

Not sure about what price to offer, theres a 2wd model here that the guys trying to get 3500 for with out implements. Here in the states the dealers won't touch a grey market. Not sure about Canada
