I need to change the oil in my L3300 (bought used a few years ago and don't use it a lot/hobby farm) . I don't have a lot of diesel engine knowledge. Last time (couple seasons ago) I bought the Kubota oil at the dealer. I believe it was 15W40 if my memory serves correctly and the quarts say Kubota with a turquoise colored sticker. Is that required or is there a less expensive option ? I don't want to risk damage, so if that's suggested then I'll go with it. With all the synthetics and everything out there, didn't know what is best. I think I bought the oil filter at the dealer too and it was part of the "high cost" for the oil change. Maybe it's all part of owning the best. Please advise and thanks!
