Kubota MX 4800

I have an MX 4800 standard transmission tractor.
Is it possible for Hydraulic oil to get in the engine compartment? All fluid levels were good but now oil is too much and transmission is no enough.
How could this happen?

The hydraulic pump is mounted on the engine and if the input shaft seal leaks, the hydraulic oil runs into the engine crankcase.
