Last year I noticed that my hydraulic fluid was getting "milky" looking. I drained all fluid out, flushed the system twice and put new fluid and filters in. Thought it was maybe condensation but now it's turning milky again. Im wondering if there is was way im getting a cross contamination from the cooling system. Any ideas would be helpful.

I don't know an M9000 at all.

Only suggestion is if you drain it again, let the drained fluid set for a while.

Water or coolant will settle to the bottom of the container.

Should be easy enough to tell whether that's just water or coolant that's contaminated the fluid.

Just a thought.
