I bought a 2011 L3800DT w/ LA524 FEL with 43hrs, and all the filters and oil for the 50hr service for 15,000 I thought that was decent for where I live and for what I've been seeing for sale. I think your deal seems reasonable. Dont beat your brain too much on trying to find the perfect deal just buy it and have fun with it! haha!
