Kubota L3600 buying advice

I have been looking at a L3600 on Craigslist. The guy is asking $13,500 for it. It has 762 hours on the meter. I was just curious if that is a good price for it? I seem to think that I could get a fairly newer model for that kind of money. It looks pretty dirty and appears to have been stored outside it's whole life.
