Trying to set pump timing by flywheel and have read about the wet/spill test. When do you stop turning engine over, when you start to see fuel move or right before it fills the "V" or what? The correct flywheel mark is 1|FI right? There's is another mark near it that is 1|TC that I'm guessing is TDC mark
