I am finding my self use the clamp-on forks more than expected. By the time I extend the load out past the bucket and with the limited lift capacity of the BX23 I am needing a little more lift. Was thinking about http://http://www.ebay.com/itm/141651085666?_trksid=p2060353.m2763.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITKubota BX series quick attach pallet forks. With the bucket gone I would have the load closer plus would not have the weight of the bucket. Now my next thought and my question is how hard and would it even be possable to switch between the bucket and the forks without the Quick Attach kit? Without the kit would save a few pounds and about $300 or so. At the present time I find myself needing the forks more than the bucket, but I do not want to loose the ability to switch back and forth.

The quick attach front kit will come in real handy switching back and forth, and when you start picking up more attachments. I need to get one too as I really need a grapple for brush clearing. I've tried the bolt on pallet forks, or just the bucket at an up angle, but both are a balance and drive proposition. The bolt on forks do extend out pretty far with the bucket and forks together. I believe it's money well spent, and a time and effort saver, and that's what these SCUT's are all about. The front attach is first on my short list.
