Kubota B2601 OEM Rear Remotes - are mine correct?

Can anyone tell me what the OEM rear remotes should look like on a B2601?

Mine are 1/4" body pioneer style couplers. Should they be larger than that? Should the one connector be pointed differently than the others?

After going down a rabbit hole with some too-short hoses on my PTO stump grinder (provided by the same dealer, same sale) the internet has led me to believe that these fittings are too small for my tractor's flow rate. I also have 1/4" pioneer couplers on my BH70 backhoe.

That size is fine for rear remotes. You are (probably) only moving cyliders not running a hydraulic motor. So the flow rate through the hoses will NOT be the maximum flow rate of the pump.

In fact you may have orifices installed in the system to slow it down so you can adjust the cylinders easily.

You have a small compact tractor. That is the correct size coupler and more than adequate for the 5.5 GPM max flow your tractor produces. The couplers are mounted directly on the valve and they are angled to get the needed clearance.

You're right, on the stump grinder there is an adjustable valve thing which seems to be for limiting flow on the left/right swing cylinder.

This all started when I asked chatgpt about getting longer hoses and it insisted that 1/4" body connectors were completely inadequate for the rear remotes and for the backhoe connections. Then I wondered if the dealer even installed the rear remotes correctly and I could not for the life of me find photos of other oem installs.

They are correct if you had a BIG tractor, or were running a hydo motor, but you should be good to go on the 01 series
