Today was the first time I really had a chance to use this tractor.

I seem to have a problem going from slow gear to fast gear. I get a grinding noise sometimes, then other times it slips right into gear. I'm trying to switch gears while stopped with the engine idling.

I cleared my driveway, my two neighbors, and cleared out the school bus stop. Too much fun!

Nice, i dont switch gears. Have it in 4wd and hi gear, ease into it, i very rarely have they pedal mashed down unless im traveling.

My buddie bought a Bx back in 2006, he runs a Curtis snow plow and thats how he operates it. I use a rear blade, pulling forward, when it stops the tractor I just bsck over it and grab it with the FEL. Then start again. I'm not ripping around either. Going to looking at a front snowblower for next year.
I've only used my low gear once and that was dirt work with the box blade, made a big difference.

Nice videos and photos. Question: have you considered a rear blade? I think you would find the job takes half as long and less chance of tearing up pavement or gravel.
