I am replacing my joystick loader valve with a non-OEM valve. I know what all f the lines on top of the valve go to. I just need to know what the other 3 lines are for. I figure one is from the pump, one is a return, and not certain anout the third one. If you have pictures that would help.

A loader valve with 7 lines total has a power beyond function. Your new valve needs to also have power beyond.

The power beyond line typically feeds the rear of your tractor for 3 pt hitch and rear remotes if any.

There will be letters cast into the valve body designating what ports are for which function. P for the pump line, T for the return to reservoir/tank.....

You want to be matching the letters on your old valve's ports to your new valve's ports and not depend upon the location of a line to determine where it should go on the new valve.

Thanks Dave
Please ask if more questions pop up.

Loader valves are usually ordered without the power beyond feature and then the purchaser is sold an optional sleeve or plug to add the PB feature.

Valves with a European origin usually use the term High pressure Carry Over (HPCO) as the equivalent to power beyond.

These illustrations shows how a valve is converted.
