Hi, thanks in advance to everyone who has contributed to this forum. I've been referencing it for the past year as I was trying to get a sense for the Kubota model that would best suit my needs.

I'll be using the machine to haul brush, tree trunks, rocks, etc at my place in the Berkshires, which has about 45 acres of mature forest on rocky, hilly, wet terrain. Other tasks will include doing maintenance grading and plowing on the driveway and backhoe work. With this in mind, I've settled on the M7060 and have located one within a reasonable distance from my place in Western Mass. It's a 2018 4WD open station with 260 hrs and looks to be in good shape from the photos. I'm hoping to see it in person Friday.

Here are the pros and cons as I see them:

Pros: relatively low hours; third function up front; three remote valves in back; 12 speed transmission; LA 1154 loader; subframe for a backhoe; buying from a Kubota dealer who serviced the machine and is offering a 30 day warranty.

Cons: R4 tires and wheels; no backhoe; will need to pay state sales tax on the deal.

Current asking price is $40,000

I've been keeping an eye on M7060 prices on FB, Craigslist, etc., and I'm thinking if I could negotiate down a bit, this would be a decent deal.

I'd be curious to see what others think.

Sincerely,

John

Orchard Hill Farm Equipment ??

Have you also tried Chappell Tractor in NH (3 locations)?
MB Tractor there also?
Should be no tax on a NH purchase.
