Short answer - YES.
We had this exact discussion just a few months ago. The B1630 loader is somewhat unique in that it operates at significantly lower pressure than the tractor hydraulics. As a result it reduces the lifting power of the 3pt. If you raise the loader operating pressure you bring the 3pt closer to specification but you exceed the safety setting on the loader. Pick your poison.
Thats why before doing anything you need to determine what pressure you currently have. If its below the loader specification you may have a pump rather than relief valve problem.
