Hey guys, ever since I got my B6000 I disliked the front end loader control valve, its a homemade "joystick" valve, I would like to buy a nice replacement. I have a couple questions, how do I know if my system is "open" or "closed" also, whats the "float" I tried researching I cant find no good reading material on this.

Thanks.

Your Kubota has "open system" hydraulics. As far as the float function, it allows the loader arms to follow the contour of the ground, floating up and down as the surface height changes. It is good for moving snow, leveling earth and many other jobs.
