Do not have delivery of my used B2650HSDC yet, but with bad knees, think I will have to add a outside grab handle to the left cab pillar, lower than the one inside.
I downloaded the PDF parts , looks like a hose is inside both front pillar posts.
Could these be the heater supply and return lines to the heater core in the headliner ?? If I drill and tap into the Cab post to mount a RV type grab handle, don't want to muck that up. Would put a drill stop collar on the bit, tap, and short fastener.
May also need to double up on the steel entry step as well. An Orange owner kindly posted his step is 16." off the earth. The old Ford 1910 I'm replacing, fab'd a custom step off the backhoe subframe years ago, to get up. Getting old challenge to keep on keeping on.
