How do you adjust the up and down cable on the loader. It is very touchy to adjust and we can't seem to get the float set correctly. We have had the tire off and adjusted under the cab as well as in the cab.
Thanks in advance.

These are general instructions and you will have to decide it they will work with your setup.

I am assuming you have a remote joystick loader valve.

Most joystick remote valves have a lock on the joystick to prevent accidental loader movement when driving.

Engage the lock.

At the loader valve remove the pins which connect the two cables to the valve spools.

The spools will want to center themselves.

There will be cable adjustments where the cable ends before the loader valve.

Adjust the cables so that the pins connecting the cable to the valve spools slide in with no effort.

Doing this will get your spools and cables in sync,.
