As Caden stated DO NOT put SAE 15W-40 in the transmission! Your geared transmission must use any universal UDT transmission oil. The engine can use SAE 15W-40 designated for diesel engines. Don't use the same stuff you put in your non-diesel cars. The steering box, front axle can use 80W90 gear oil. Reactions: 1 users
