Tractor sat 2 yrs. Fixed electrical problem. Fired it up and drove around block,turned it off and it would'nt start. Changed fuel filters,bled fuel lines up top,back cylinder still get's air bubbles after several repeated attempts with starter cranking fast . Chugs for about 3 seconds after cranking. Has fresh fuel and Lucas fuel conditioner in it now. Any suggestions?

You say been sitting 2-yrs then ran awhile. My bet is you have a failed hose or fitting somewhere in the fuel circuit sucking air. Consider replacing all fuel hoses.
Otherwise and in addition to hoses, keep bleeding to get air out.
