Fuel in oil

I have a L2350 tractor that seem to be getting fuel in the oil. I was using it on a slope and oil blew out the vent pipe on top of valve cover. I checked the oil and noticed it was way over full. I have read it could be the injector pump, is this tru

If it is truly fuel in the oil it is more likely the transfer or lift pump. It could also be tractor hydraulic fluid which would most likely be the pump shaft seals.
