B7200HSTD. I have the RC60-72H belly mower on it. The mower's four mounts are held to the frame of the tractor by M10x1.25 bolts threading into captive nuts on the inside of the frame. The threads on some of these captive nuts are stripped. Using mirrors, I've looked at these captive nuts. They are square and appear to be stepped, and are simply pressed into holes drilled in the frame. I can see no evidence that they are welded in. The parts diagram doesn't show these nuts as separate replaceable items.

Looks like it might be possible to knock the damaged nuts out of the frame and press in replacements, assuming I could find replacements. Are these captive nuts available?

You should be able to find something.

Search for cage nuts or snap in nuts and find things similar to this

I have considered helicoils.
I have also considered drilling out the damaged threads and running a longer bolt through to a loose nut on the opposite side.
I have also considered drilling out the hole and threading it to an M12.
Each solution has its advantages and disadvantages.
I just wanted to explore all the possibilities before I committed to a repair.

That diagram in your link is identical to the one I have. Yeah, no help.
Here is a shot of one of these captive nuts taken with a mirror.
I tried loosening the bolt up and tapping on the bolt head with a hammer. I could not budge the nut. It does appear that they are welded to the frame and not pressed in. That narrows down the possible repair methods quite a bit.

Getting enough threads to hold an added nut would be no problem. I can just use a longer bolt.

That nut I took the picture of is not one of the problem nuts. I couldn't even get a mirror up into where the stripped nuts are. Getting nuts onto the ends of those bolts is going to be a chore.

How bad are they stripped out? Could you run a tap thru them and put in new bolts? Usually the bolt is softer or equal hardness to the nut, so Id expect those threads to be tore up or worn down too.
