We were scrapping an old forklift at work, I got a Month old set of 36" Class IIA Forks (Free) The Forklift Repair guy brought me a 36" wide Carriage (Free) I bought a Titan Quick Attach Plate ($144) Welded it all together and Viola... I do have a forklift at work with 42" forks that getting ready to be replaced
