Ok here is story, we got this in NY in 1986, mowed house yard in Red Hook, 4 yrs, mowed house yard in Modena 6 yrs,
Moved it to Fl mowed house yard3/4 acre till now.
1069 hrs, starts, runs, and mows.
- has typical issues with these, deck rust, belt routing and wear, sloppy steering, sticking starter solenoid.
have listed locally Crystal River, Fl
for $700, two batteries are 3 & 4
Yrs old and will start it if left on battery tender.
Don’t want to repair it anymore, sell“ as is” to use, repair, parts, or flip.
if you goggle Kubota G4200 restoration
a few guys have complete restoration documentation.
I’m retired mechanic& truck driver. Don’t have shop to do.
Issues are cosmetic and normal wear and tear and aging.
new front tires, PTO, Deck belt, deck and PTO tensioner bearings, deck spindles ok, (aftermarket unknown life expedency ? )
