My PTO clutch was frozen on my L3650.Thought I might have to replace the clutch.
Fixxed it by adjusting clutch srewws all of the in. I hooked up my 6ft finish mower and mowed 2ft high grass in third gear. The motor bogged down after a 100ft or so. Shoved in the clutch to keep it from dying. Thats all it took the PTO clutch broke free and is working fine.
Readjusted the clutch. Works smoother than my Ford 3000.
