I'm not intimate with a machine of your model, so...

Unsure if you have a shared hydraulic system or independent reservoirs for hydraulic fluid(s) used for (1) tractor transmissin and (2) FEL and/or other.

I think you'll find the concensus here is to NOT use fluid additives in any hydraulic system.

If you can't live with it, it's time for cylinder rebuilds.

Keep in mind could be the valve(s) themselves rather than cylinders.

I let quality hydraulic shop rebuild cylinders. Never torn into a valve. Others here have. Check other threads. Requires patience and the ability to not lose scores of small parts while following a parts schematic exactly.

Please post back your determination and how resolved for benefit of all.

I'm new here so howdy!
Here's how to check cylinder piston packing. Disconnect the rod from the bucket or boom. Retract the cylinder all the way in. Remove the rear hose and put a cap or plug in the cylinder on the rear. Now start the tractor and try to retract the cylinder again. Hold it for a few seconds. If the cylinder moves out the piston packing is leaking.
This is because the area on the blind end of the piston is greater than that on the rod end. Therefore it has more power. If fluid leaks by the seal then the cylinder will creep out.
Hope that helps some.

raise bucket up off ground. Turn off machine. Keep everyone clear of bucket. Put on some safety glasses. Crack fitting on rod end hose. (over bucket) disconnect rod end hose. If you get a flow of hydraulic fluid your cylinders are stuffed. If you get no flow of hydraulic oil your valve is the problem. Refit hose. Start up your machine. raise up your bucket. Turn off machine. Push the valve as if to raise the bucket. If it stops you need to adjust the valve handle somehow. Perhaps a spring is damaged for the spring centre. If it does not then you need to look more at the spool of the valve.
