I ordered a new LA352 from Kubota over 2months ago. They needed all the moneuy up front- I sent it. They said it would be here in 30 days. Then, the date came and they said 30 more days. That date came and they said they are on back order- I said give me another date- they said they can't cause they don't know. I said call Japan and find out- they said they can't. I've never dealt with any company that can't communicate with their vendors and/or customers. I like my tractor but now hate Kubota PR and customer service. After about 4 more hours on the phone with Kubota USA and my dealer I was told my loader was in Georgia and on hold for 2 weeks because they lost their hose vendor. I told them to ship it without hoses or release it to me without warrantee and I will pick it up and put hoses on it myself. A bunch of fumbling nuts. 2 weeks to put hoses on a loader? Find a temporary vendor, put hoses on the loader and ship it out in 2 hours. You would think they are run by the U>S> government
