I wanted a front blade for my KubotaB3300SU and just didn’t want to spend $2,600 (new) to make this happen, so here is what I did and very satisfied. I located a 54” John Deere Blade off a 318 ($400), new lines ($150) with Kubota quick connects from the dealer ($50) and finally fabricated the hitch ($50). My neighbor has a 318, so we had a template and went to work, a fun little project. In the picture below, the unit is shown as black after some painting.
I also have another older blade, so my next step this summer is make it wider, perhaps 66” and repaint completely.
