Do you not have controls on the loader stick already?
Also, be really mindful of skid steer attachments that need hydro from the tractor. Some will work, some will work poorly, some will not work at all. There's a huge flow different between a skid steer (even one without high flow) and a tractor. You're going to need to check what the require. Most things like post hole digger simply won't work and you need to change their motor to something that can deal with the lesser flow of the tractor 3rd function.
