Engine oil in coolant D782

I have a severely overheated mower with a D782 engine. The Engine has only 250 hours and the outside of the radiator got plugged with dry grass causing the overheating. After boiling all of the coolant out of it, I refilled it and ran it. It runs perfect, but while running, oil droplets collect at the rad cap area. The tractor does not run hot. I pressurized the cooling system and it holds pressure and there is no coolant in the oil. I just pulled the cylinder head to check the oil feed passage that feeds the rocker shaft. The head and gasket look fine in that area but I do see a crack between a exhaust valve seat and the pressed in combustion pre chamber. Now my questions. Does anyone know of a common place for pressured oil to get into the cooling system? Should I worry about the small crack in the head if it doesn't seem to overheat? Can the head be welded up to the press in chamber? I am an auto technician with 30 yrs exp. but not on these. Thanks for your help.
