I am attempting to re-install the FEL that I had traded out with the plow this winter. I can drive the tractor so the side frames engage (mostly) the main frame lower pins. The problem however is getting the mounting pins to line up with the females on the loader frame. They only get about 1/2 way lined up... the closest I can get them puts them at about the 10 or 11 o'clock position, and 5/8" out of alignment. What could be causing this and any ideas how to remedy? I have removed and installed the loader numerous times. The videos showing how simple it is are about 6 or 7 minutes long- I have close to 8 HOURS of trying to put her back on.

What I do when trying to instal my loader is : as soon as I get close enough to attach all 4 hoses, I attach them and then use the hydralics to help shift the loader bucket and arms around a bit to whatever positions I need to put it to get everything to align so I can insert the locking pins.

Okay found and fixed (worked around) the problem.
I had bent and crimped and mangled both sides of the siderails that are kind of half cylinder shaped, and fit over the bottom fixed pin. I had ctually bent, crimped and mangled both sides of BOTH siderails! I used an angle grinder to bet rid of the folds, dry fit the locking pins till it fit as they are the same diameter of the lower pin. Greased everything up and drove right into it and used the bucket to instantly line everything together, On the wind up it was really just a small defect that wouldn't allow for a snug mating. Really hard to see from in the seat so I had an extra set of eyes help me out Thanks.
