Ok so I'm new to tractors and just recieved 70% of my tractor. I wanted to know what the difference is between the 54 inch bucket and the 60 inch light material bucket? Is one prefable over the other?

I ask as I signed for a 60 inch but it showed up with the 54 inch. Im not knocking my dealer in anyway as they have been great, all my hold ups have been from kubota.

I don't think there is much difference other than the width. If I recall the tractor is almost 54" wide and I went with the 60" to give myself a bit of extra clearance for the tractor and my house to clear snow.

Does the 60 inch have the holes to bolt a cutting edge on?

Sorry, I had too many open threads on here and I just noticed you have a B2601. Thought you had a 2650. Not sure I they use the same buckets between the two models.

My bucket part number is B2372. Let me know if that's the same as your paperwork shows and I'll post the pics.

Not sure about the smaller units but I do know that Kubota offers more than one bucket for the bigger tractors. I have both the light duty material bucket and the heavy duty excavation round back bucket. The one in your picture looks to be the light duty material bucket.

Easy to tell the difference. The light duty buckets have a formed angle top and the HD buckets have a tubular top.

To me width is unimportant so long as the bucket is the same width or wider than the wheel track.
