deck driveshaft universal joint

hi all , have a f1900 and g18 high dump , the deck gearbox went on the f1900 so bought a 2nd hand deck swopped gearboxes- worked but severe vibration . so carried on using the g18.
saw another deck and bought it same vibration !!
on closer inspection the universal joint nearest machine is very slack/loose
they are same on f1900 and g18 but i cannot work out how to remove either , there is ia black sleeve(cover ) that slides forwards about 10mm.
as you can tell im no mechanic
please could someone tell me how to remove.
