My tractor lost power during mowing so I thought it must be time for new filters. So far I have replaced fuel and air filter, new fuel pump, checked tank vent, rebuilt injector pumps and verified fuel at injectors. It starts and idles but throttle has no effect. On one attempt I got a very slow throttle response where it slowly built up rpm but now nothing.
Could this be a faulty governor? How do I check it?
